Refund/ Exchange Policy
All garments and accessories have a no refund or exchange policy. Exceptions occur if products don't meet VIRA Exclusive standards. All made to order items have a no refund policy once an order is placed, items are made based on orders placed and therefore cannot be canceled once an item is being made.
Shipping Policy
Made to order and pre-order garments will have a longer processing time. Estimated processing and shipping times will be addressed in the product description of every item. All items have their own processing time. For any questions regarding your package, please use the tracking number provided through email to see where your package has been last scanned or delivered. Once a package leaves our studio we are no longer reliable for your package, the shipping carrier you chose will be reliable and will be able to answer any questions regarding the status of your shipment.
